I didn't find this work.

Life forced it on me.

And that's exactly why it works.

I used to be the one who did it all.

And I mean all of it. The toxic 9-to-5 grind where I was the jack of all trades, the person everyone called when something needed to get done. I wore that like a badge of honor. Productivity was my personality. Hustle was my love language.

Then life said: not anymore.

I became the primary caregiver for my father — managing his world on top of mine, running on fumes and sheer willpower. And just when I thought I had a handle on it, I got my MS diagnosis.

Everything I thought I knew about how to function...the routines, the systems, the "just push through" mentality...expired. Like the milk in your fridge. Overnight.

Here's what nobody tells you about rebuilding from scratch.

When your body stops cooperating, the first thing you do is blame yourself. You try harder. You download another app. You start fresh on Monday. You tell yourself this week will be different.

And by Tuesday? You're burned out again.

I did that cycle more times than I can count. Until I stopped trying to fix myself and started looking at the system.

That's when it clicked. The Standard Operating Procedures that's used to run corporate environments (the same frameworks keeping massive organizations functional) were the only thing capable of saving a home. Saving my life.

So I stopped chasing "perfect". I started building real.

I built the LIFE Framework because I had no other choice.

Not because it sounded good in a bio. Not because I wanted to build a business. Because I needed systems that worked when my body didn't. Flare-friendly. Plug-and-play. Honest about what real life actually looks like…the messy rooms, non-linear energy, sick days, long nights of homework, and all.

And once it worked for me, I couldn't stop sharing it.

Now I'm a Life Systems Strategist for high-capacity women and chronic illness girlies who are exhausted from being the human operating system for everyone around them. Women who are done being told they're the problem when it's actually the system that's broken.

I fix the system. Not the person. That's the whole thing.

Real life over ideal life. Everything I build is designed for your actual Tuesday — not the Pinterest version.

Capacity-aware everything.

Your systems should adjust to you, not the other way around. 30% battery days are real and your life shouldn't collapse because of them.

Honesty over fluff.

I swear when it fits. I call out expired routines. I don't do toxic positivity. I'm the friend who tells you the truth — not the one who sugarcoats it.

This journal is where I show my work.

Every episode of Simplifying Life's Beautiful Bitchiness gets turned into a full post here because your body might say "nope" to listening but your brain still deserves the goods. Whether you're a reader, a listener, or a "save it for later" girly, the SLBB Journal has you covered.

Real talk. Real systems. Real life.

Ready to stop being the system and start using one?

If you're a high-capacity woman, a chronic illness girly, or just someone who's exhausted from holding everything together, I built this for you. The journal is free. The conversation is real. And the systems? They actually work.
